Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only to annual subscriptions. When an annual subscription is cancelled, the customer is eligible for a refund for the complete unused months remaining in the subscription term.
Refund Calculation
The refund is calculated proportionally based on the annual subscription fee paid and the number of complete unused months. Months already used are not refundable.
